If you opt in via the newsletter form, we collect your email address and optional name, the page you subscribed from, a hashed IP address for abuse prevention, and a timestamp. Legal basis: your consent (unchecked by default; you must tick the box). Purpose: educational updates about our readiness packs (A11yReady, KSeF-Ready, Pay Transparency, NIS2 Supplier) only — we do not sell your address or use it for cold outreach. Retention: until you unsubscribe or we shut the list down. Unsubscribe: email destek@cairakuzey.cloud with subject Unsubscribe. Checkout remains on Polar; card data is not stored on this site.
Site & checkout
This is a primarily static marketing site. We do not run analytics trackers or process personal data through forms on these pages yet. Purchases use Polar checkout (card processed by Polar). Contacting us by email shares whatever you write in that message with our inbox provider (operator: destek@cairakuzey.cloud).
Additional details
Server logs (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) are kept for security for 14 days and then deleted. Hosting: Hostinger. Payments and order data are processed by Polar (merchant of record). Newsletter data is used only with your consent and you can unsubscribe at any time. Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
